KELLISON, J. B.-Farmer, section 22 (Madison Twp.), P. O. Polk City. Was born in Indiana, Oct. 24. 1845, and was educated in the high schools. He was engaged in teaching school until the spring of 1868, when he came to this county. He owns a farm of 200 acres of well-improved land. He was married in this county, March 16,1878, to Miss Ida E. Simmons. By this union they have one child, Carroll S. (born April 16, 1879).
