Last rites for Mrs. Ray (Leota K.) Heath, 88, will be held at the West Liberty United Methodist church Nov. 5 with the Rev. Donald Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery. Mrs. Heath died at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, Oct. 27.

The daughter of Ernest and Lillian Kirby Kerr, she was born in West Branch Nov. 2, 1899. She married Ray S. Heath in Davenport June 3, 1925. He died in 1974. She was a member of the West Liberty United Methodist church and the Fortnightly club at West Liberty.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Joanne) Collins, Cedar Rapids; 4 grandsons and 2 great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister.
