LOOK TO YOUR BUSTLES. -- The editor of a fashion paper gives the following
advice to ladies who wear bustles: "Ladies who wear bustles should fasten
the things down, and not meander the streets with a huge bundle, bobbing up
and down, and wriggling from side to side behind. It looks ridiculous, and,
besides with so many beads and bugles on it, is apt to make a person walking
in the rear cross eyed!"
