The house of MR. ALFRED TERRY, in Ottercreek tp., burned on Tuesday of last
week, while the family was in Chariton on business. Loss about $350. The
neighbors promptly rallied and subscribed an amount sufficient to build a
new house. The lumber was taken out on Thursday, of last week, and it was
expected that the new residence would be completed by Saturday evening. MR.
TERRY's neighbors are of the kind that are worth having.
