John Hardman was born in Rochester, Cedar county, Iowa, April 14, 1865 and departed this life Feb. 15, 1907, at Grandview, Iowa, after an illness of several months. He was united in marriage to Miss Mollie ? Feb. 11, 1892. To this union was three children: Guy, Milton and Grace. Besides the three children he is survived by his wife, a father and mother, one brother, Chas., and two sisters, Mrs. David Woodruff and Mrs. Wm Khone, and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his departure. The funeral occurred from the Methodist church, Rev. Longnecker officiating, assisted by Rev. Moger, Hummell and Staufacher. Interment in the Grandview cemetery.
