Morning Sun - The remains of Mr. Cyrus Green, who died at his home in Mt. Pleasant, Ia., Wednesday morning, Feb. 5th, were brought here Thursday for interment. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p. m. Friday in the Presbyterian church and were conducted by Rev. Wm. Mackey, assisted by Rev. D. C. Campbell and Dr. C. D. Trumbull. The deceased for many years lived on his farm southwest of town and only last fall moved to Mt. Pleasant. he was in his eighty-second year at the time of his death. A wife and several children mourn his death. Interment was made in Elmwood cemetery.
