Charles Francis Clark
One of the representatives from Linn county, was born at Belle Plaine, Iowa, August 13, 1871. He has lived in Cedar Rapids since 1876 and has practiced law there since, graduating from the law department of the University of Iowa in June, 1894. He is a graduated of Coe College and a member of its board of trustees. Has been secretary and chairman of the Linn County Republican Central committee. Was married to Elizabeth Besler of Cedar Rapids, November 29, 1900. A member of the Congragational church, Sons of Pythias, and Masonic lodges. Elected in 1918 and 1920. A republican in politics.
