MAN FROZEN TO DEATH IN MONTICELLO

Michael Degin was found frozen to death on the morning of the 18th. He lived about two miles north of Monticello, and on his way home last night was chilled through and dropped into the snow within a few rods of his own home. He was a married man leaves a wife and several small children poorly provided for.
