The Anamosa Eureka, Anamosa, Iowa, Friday, November 30th, 1860

LEG BAIL-John White, Reuben Stephens, Charles Leaf and James Williams, who were indicted for burglary last week, escaped last Friday evening, from the room in the Court House, where they had been confined. Leaf and Williams have been re-taken but the other two are still at large. It is time that Jones County had a jail.
