Lettie M. Curtis has filed a petition for divorce from R. B. Curtis, alias B. F. Curtis, alias W. Irving Curtis, the absconding editor of the late Center Junction-Anamosa Call, in the district court of Jones County. The divorce is asked on the grounds that said marriage was illegal, in that he had two former wives living from whom he had no legal separation. The case of this young woman is pitiable, for she was misled by a smooth, designing villain, who utilized sanctimonious and hypocritical means to win her affections and esteem.
