Clarence D. HULL, 81, Ranch Trailer Court, died Saturday, 5:05 p.m., at Jefferson County Hospital.
Services will be Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Robert P. Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, 7 to 8 p.m., at Behner Funeral Home.
HULL was born Feb. 14, 1889 (sic - 1899) in Wayne County, the son of Edward and Eveline MILLHOUSE HULL. He married Elizabeth K. GRINSTEAD on March 4, 1947 in Ottumwa. She survives.
Other survivors are a daughter Betty HAGENLOCK, Sand Springs, Okla.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Pete HULL, Fairfield. Kevin Daugherty was reared by the HULL family.
HULL worked 45 years as a molder and foreman at the Iowa Malleable Iron Company. He was a veteran of both world wars.

In the wake of the death of our husband and grandfather, Clarence HULL, there are several people that we would like to thank for their kindness, concern and care in a trying time. The entire staff at the Jefferson county hospital earned our thanks through their sincere efforts to aid Clarence and to ease the burden on us. Also, the doctors from the Fairfield Clinic, Dr. W.C. Baumann in particular, and the Intensive Care staff at the hospital all showed not only a high degree of professionalism, but alo (sic) displayed obvious care and concern for us throughout Clarence's final days.
