Mullins Infant Dies; Rites Held
Funeral services for Mary Dawn Mullins, day-old daughter of Roy and Sally Proehl Mullins, 523 W. 4th St. S., were held today at the Toland-Wallace Funeral Home.
The Rev. William E. Sexton, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church conducted the services. Burial was in Union Chapel Cemetery near Baxter.
Also surviving are a brother, Roy Mullins Jr.; a sister, Idee Ann Mullins; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Proehl of Stover, Mo.; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vince Mullins of Roderfield, W. Va., and her maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Proehl of Waverly, Kan., and Mrs. Fred Grover of Blairsburg.
The infant was born Monday at Skiff Memorial Hospital and died Tuesday evening at Blank Memorial Hospital in Des Moines.
