Mrs. Asle Bothne, 73, of Bode, was fatally injured in a two car crash near Dickens on highway 18, about five miles east of Spencer on Friday.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at St. Olaf Lutheran Church at Bode. Rev. L.C. Jenson of Humboldt officiated and burial was in St. Olaf Cemetery of Bode with Lindhart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The former Sylvia Dahle, Mrs. Bothne was born in Winnebago County but moved to Kiester, Minn. with her parents when she was a child. Since her marriage to Asle Bothne, they have farmed in the Bode vicinity. Mrs. Bothne was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church and the women's organization of the church.

She is survived by her husband, also injured in the same auto crash, and now hospitalized at Spencer; one son, L.D. Bothne of Spencer and five grandchildren. Also two brothers and three sisters, Bennie Dahle, Bricelyn, Minn., Martin Dahle and Mrs. Emma Engerbretson, Scarville; Ann Dahle, Kiester, Minn., and Mrs. Angie Foss of Granada, Minn.
