Services for Clarence M. Gunderson, 72, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Bode, with burial in the St. Olaf Cemetery. Mr. Gunderson died Tuesday morning at Trinity Regional Hospital, Fort Dodge. Wilson Funeral Home of Livermore is in charge where friends may call until 9:30 a.m. Thursday and then at the church.

Surviving are a brother, Harland Gunderson, Fort Dodge; sisters, Mrs. Josie Sween, Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. Blanche Christianson, Bode, and Mrs. Al Keating, El Cerrito, Calif.

Mr. Gunderson was born in Leland, Ill., and as a young boy moved with his family to Bode. He attended Maple Lawn Country School. He was a farm laborer for several years and later farmed the family farm until retiring and moving into Bode in 1968.

He was a member of the Maple Lawn Club.
