OBITUARY.
Hattie Mae Renne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. McIntire, was born at Cresco, Ia., Jan. 7, 1879, and passed on from this earth June 8, 1919, at her home at 216 4th Ave. West, Cedar Rapids, Ia., at the age of 40 years, 5 months and 1 day.
She united with the Presbyterian church at Frankville, Ia., at the age of 17 and remained a faithful member of that church until she moved to Waterloo at which time she transferred to the First Presbyterian church of that city, in which she was still a member at the time of her death.
She was united in marriage to Gustave A. Renne on April 25, 1900, and one son, Floyd Otis, was born to this union.
She leaves to mourn her death besides her husband and son her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. McIntire of Cresco; brothers and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Clark McIntire, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard McIntire of Cresco, Mrs. A. C. Kronenberger of Minneapolis, Mr. A. C. Kronenberger in France, Leslie McIntire of Mason City and Harry McIntire in France.
She was preceeded{sic} in death by one brother, James McIntire on Oct. 8, 1918.
Besides her relatives she leaves a large number of friends who will ever miss her pleasant smile and cheerful disposition.
The funeral took place at the home of the parents in Cresco, yesterday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Copeland. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
