Married.
On Wednesday afternoon at three o’clock, at the German Lutheran Church, occurred the marriage of Miss Laura Schmeling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Schmeling, of this city, to Edward Scharnweber, Rev. Pless officiating. The bridal couple were attended by Miss Anna Meyer and Herbert Keune, two little nieces of the bride acting as flower girls.
After the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents to only the immediate relatives.
The young couple will begin housekeeping at once in the east part of town where their many friends join with us in wishing them happiness and prosperity.
