Surname on marker was not transcribed correctly.

WPA Survey for Pollard in Clayton Cou Countyshows a surname of Walter - it s/b Walker. I have seen it during a vsit. I have put a Postem on it. Read it and see how prophetic I was. Can you annotate it?
