ID needed - possibly Petsche family member

I think this young woman may have been a member of the Petsche family. They are related to me. There is no name on the photo; given to me by my mother years ago. It was in a family album. Thank you to anyone who can help ID this woman.

According to a compilation of Photographers on the Clayton co. IAGenWeb site (http://iagenweb.org/clayton/directory/Photographers.htm), Edwin W. Chase was a photographer in Guttenberg from approx. 1893 until his death in 1923.
