I located who I believe is your great grandmother. It appears that she is buried in Rockwell City. Perhaps if you look for an obituary from there in late September 1915, you will find the answer.

Buried: September 21, 1915, Rockwell City
Parents: G. G. F. Harris and Elizabeth Spalding

Ida M. Harris was married to Forest S. Clark on July 24, 1898 in Rockwell City, Calhoun County. Her parents were listed as G. G. F. Harris and Mary E. Spaulding.
