Peter Schmidt and Elizabeth Amfahr were married at St. Francis Church in Barclay in 1875. With Albert Schmitt as best man and Eva Strubel as bridesmaid. Is this Peter Schmidt related to the Casper Schmitt family of Barclay? Peter's father was John Peter Schmitt and his mother was Magdalena. Does anyone know where Magdalena is buried, or when she died? Where did Albert go?
