I G.D. Dillion one of the Justice of the Peace for said county do hereby certify that I did on the 24th day of January join in marriage David S. Way and Emily Ann Kibbie agreebly to a license issued from the District Court of said county and the said David S. Way a citizen of Black Hawk County and aged 24 years and the said Emily Ann Kibbie a citizen of Delaware County aged about 17 years.
