I have the Appanoose County Cemetery Index and individual Township Cemetery Books published in the 1980s by the Appanoose County Genealogical Society (they walked all cemeteries in the county and copied information from the stones). There were only three Stinsons listed in the index - Alfred, George W. and Menerva.
PLEASANT TOWNSHIP - EVERGREEN CEMETERY
ROW 10
STINSON: Alfred d. June 2, 1884 age 24y.5m.10d.
STINSON: Menerva, wife of E. S. d.Jan.25, 1877
age 44y. 4m. 14d.
PLEASANT TOWNSHIP - WHITE CEMETERY
ROW 14
STINSON: George W. son of Wm. & R. d.June 16, 1862
There must have been a stone just before this in the same row because just before this it says-Can't read.
