Daniel F. Cosner

I'm trying to find the parents of Daniel F. Cosner. He was born abt 1819 in Virginia and shows up in Sharon, Appanoose, Iowa in the 1860 census. I believe he died in Centerville, Appanoose, Iowa in abt 1876. His wife was Mary P. Pixley Cosner who died in Centerville, Appanoose, Iowa on 16 Oct 1903. She's buried in the Oakland Cemetery, along with a couple children. They had 8 children, 5 of whom were born in Appanoose County. I'm doing research on my wife's Cosner family. The family originated in Germany, came to Pennsylvania abt 1740 and spread to Virginia, West Virginia, and points west. I feel that all Cosners are part of this tree.
