I am interested in any information on Margaret Seitz, nee: Spack, born 16 May 1819, France, died 2 February 1890, Appanoose County, Iowa. In particular, I would like to know whether she was related to Barbara Walter, nee: Spack or Spach, married to John Walter. John and Barbara Walter were my great-great grandparents. I suspect that Barbara and Margaret may have been sisters. Barbara was born 6 March 1821, either in France or Germany. Her parents were John (or Johan) Spack (or Spach) and Mary Hondenshield (or Haudenschild). Margaret's daughter, Elizabeth Sarah Seitz, was married to James Daniels Withrow of Exline, Iowa.
