Try opening the link in a different browser. I was getting the exact same thing when trying to view the newspapers with my Chrome browser, so I switched to Mozilla for that link and it worked beautifully. They just don't have the page formatted to work with Chrome (not sure about any others such as Explorer or Thunderbird).
