While I can't make a definite confirmation, here's what I found.
I searched on the LDS site for Martha Morlan in the United States with a birth date of 1832 +/- 2 years.

I found one entry showing she was born Feb 26, 1831 in Columbiana county, Ohio to Isaac Morlan and Martha Wright.
Then I went searching more and found this page, which has lots of information on the Morlan family.

You can do a search on this page for "Martha Morlan" and find her whole family, plus references back to his family four more generations back. What I don't have is any definitive evidence that this is the same Martha Morlan who married George Rissler in Indiana. The birth date is about right, we know she was born in Ohio, and Morlan is not a common name. So it's likely, but not definitive.
One thing that might help clinch the deal is if you know her religion. From the last page, the Morlan's seems to be predominantly Morman.
Here's one more site that has the Morlan's back several more generations.

Do a "Find" for "Issac Morlan" for him and his family. This entry does say his daughter Martha married a Williams, so that's a contrary bit of evidence.
So this could all be right, or I could be sending you off on a wild goose chase.
