I, James TULLY, being of sound mind and memory do
hereby make publish and declare this my last will and
testament hereby revoking all former wills by me
heretofore made.
Item I. I hereby direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid.
Item II. I hereby give bequeath and devise to the
children of my brother, Bryan TULLY, the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars.
Item III. I give, bequeath and devise to my niece,
Mary FARNAN, the sum of One Thousand Dollars.
Item IV. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to the
children of my sister, Mrs. FARNAN, the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars, except that Mary FARNAN named in
Item III hereof shall not share in this bequest.
Item V. I hereby give, bequeath and devise all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate to Rev. M.
K. NORTON and to Rev. G. L. HAXMEIER to be used by
them in reading masses for the repose of my soul and
that of my deceased Father, Mother, brothers and
sisters and for the spiritual welfare and benefit of
their souls and mine.
I hereby nominate and appoint Rev. M. K. NORTON and
Rev. G. L. HAXMEIER as executors of this my last will
and testament and exonerate them from giving bonds as
such executors.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
8th day of May 1900.

I, James TULLY, being of sound mind and memory and of
full age do hereby make this codicil to my last will
and testament, as follows, the said will being made
by me on May 8th, 1900.
Item I. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my
nieces Maggie TEELING, Katie FARNAN, and Alice
MCNULTY the sum of One Hundred Dollars each, in
addition to what is named in my will for the children
of my sister, Mrs. FARNAN.
Item II. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my
niece, Elizabeth (Bessy) TULLY, the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars, she being the daughter of my
brother, John TULLY, deceased.
With the foregoing addition, I hereby confirm the
will made by me on May 8th, 1900, and hereby declare
the same with this codicil to be my last will and
testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
23rd day of June, 1900.

I, Nicholas Colsch, Jr., Clerk of the aforesaid

September, 1905, the foregoing instrument was by the
said Court duly allowed and admitted to probate as
the last Will and Testament of James TULLY, deceased
late of aforesaid County and State, its execution as
such being at that time duly proven according to law.
