On May 11, 2019 Donald S. Waters passed away peacefully just shy of 94 years in Des Moines. He was the keeper of the "Samuel Waters Cane". The cane will be donated to the Winneshiek County Museum. See Obit. Victoria Kendall
Vince Waters (Born: Feb. 25, 1943) passed away November 1, 2015 peacefully, following 4 years of cancer and stroke treatments.
He had been in nursing home care in Indiana. His 3 children are following his wishes for cremation with a celebration of life gathering later. See Obit. Mary Ann Corcoran
