Lehigh, July 2,---Jestin Young 64, long time resident of Lehigh died after a lingering
illness at his home Monday evening.
Mr. Young was born April 24, 1871, in Lehigh and lived all his life here except
five years spent at Spirit Lake and seven years in Colorado. Mr. Young was a well
driller and blacksmith until failing health forced him to give up his work.
He leaves his widow and nine children: Guy, Ray, Mrs. Edith Ford, Mrs. Mable Bailey,
Miss Verla and Mrs. Clara Bailey of Lehigh; Henry of Louisville, Ky.; Mrs. Jessie
Rand of Chicago and Mrs. Merle Ober of Stratford.
He also leaves a sister, Mrs. Alice Osborn of Stratford, two brothers, John of Oregon
and William of Oklahoma, and thirteen grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
