when services were held at the Liberty schoolhouse. When services were
discontinued there her name was transferred to Sheridan, Mo., where her
membership was at the time of her death. For a number of years her health has
not been such that she could attend church regularly. Declining health has kept
her at home but her severe illness came last Monday and she passed away
Thursday morning. She was a lover of home and her thought and plan was always
for those of her household, and yet she was interested in those things made for
a better community, and she always stood for right and righteousness. She was
self-sacrificing and even in her last moments was planning for the welfare of
her children.
