William E. Dunn (?) On the front of this picture it says, "Wakes(?) and Brown, Wheeling, West Va." On the back of the picture it says, "Remember me when this you see, W.E. Dunn." Often times the name on the back of a picture is who it is to, not who it is of. Nevertheless, I think this is someone of the Dunn family.
