This 1895 map of Story County was published in 1895 by the Rand McNally Corporation, in a volume titled "The New 11 x 14 Atlas of the World." I have included nearby towns in the adjacent counties. The town that looks like "Cole" is Colo. It is difficult to see the location of Clemons P.O./Clemons Station which is in Marshall County east of St. Anthony. Note that all Story County towns were on a rail line with the exception of Iowa Center.
