The 2023 Board Meeting of the Friends of IAGenWeb will now come to order. We will be following the agenda as now stands.

First thing is to please answer roll call by replying to all.

Our asset balance (US Bank plus PayPal accounts) as of July 31, 2023 is $20,257.62, an decrease of $333.43 from the starting balance on January 1, 2023, and an increase of $419.87 for the past 12 months.

Year-to date income (donations) decreased $232.65 over the corresponding period last year. Year-to-date expenses decreased $101.02 from the preceding period.

In the February 2023 meeting the directors authorized up to $600.00 for the annual renewal of the In Motion server from March 25, 2023 to March 25, 2024. $575.51 was spent under this authorization on March 5, 2023.

There was no Old Business to bring forth.

New Business

CURRENT list of ALL Appointments, with term length noted.

FYI: The positions of President and Vice-President of Friends are automatically installed.

The present Appointments follow & each have consented to serve:

Secretary: Barb Hug, appointed again for one year.

Director at Large: Jena Edgerton Patzner, appointed for one year.

The following have EACH consented to continue in their position:

Friends Website Coordinator: Steve Williams (one year)

Friends Welcome Committee: Constance Diamond & Mark Christian (one year)

AS Appointments do not require a motion, the Board of Directors DID CONFIRM these appointments.

Linda Ziemann, President affirmed that all the Appointments are Confirmed.
