Feb 14, 2022 6:11 AM. Meeting called to order by President Cindy Booth Maher, welcome stated and roll call requested of all members present within 48 hours.

President Maher deemed the Minutes accepted as presented at 1:34 PM on Feb19, 2022 after correction of the guest list.

Treasurer Mark Christian reported:

Financial reports as of December 31, 2021 can be found at: http://iagenweb.org/state/friends_of_iagenweb-operations/

For the calendar year 2021 income (donations) dropped by $331.96 over 2020 while expenses (server, fees) increased $45.67 (mostly due to taxes on server fees). The year and assets of $20,039.85 were an increase of $980.45 over the previous year.

The 2021 donations received through the AmazonSmile Foundation totaled $79.35.

IRS Form 990-N for 2021 has been E-filed and accepted.

We continue to carry a zero liabilities balance.

President Maher deemed the Treasurer's report approved and accepted after no further comments or questions.

President Maher asked for the new business item, server funding, from Mark Christian.

The annual renewal fee for our server is due 03/25/2022. As of now the
renewal amount is $583.07. This is a very good rate but higher than
last year because sales tax is now charged on the transaction. In the
motion below I am asking for authorization of up to $600.00 as was done
last year, the extra amount for any unforeseen contingencies.

I move that $600.00 be authorized for a one year renewal of the the
InMotion Hosting account which hosts IAGenWeb.org.

President Maher recognized a passing vote for the server funding motion

Floor was opened for a period of 48 hours for comments from members and visitors.

President Maher asked for a motion and second to end the meeting after allowing comments from the floor for 48 hours.

Conni McDaniel Hall made the motion to end the winter meeting at 11:21 AM and it was seconded by Alvin Poole at 11:29 AM.

President Maher deemed the meeting was closed at 11:39 AM on Feb 27, 2022 with her thanks and best wishes.
