President McDaniel Hall deemed the Minutes accepted as presented at 6:01 PM on Jan 28, 2021 as there were no additions nor corrections.

President McDaniel Hall requested the Treasurer's report at 6:04 PM on Jan 28, 2021.

Treasurer Mark Christian reported:

Financial reports as of December 31, 2020 can be found at: http://iagenweb.org/state/friends_of_iagenweb-operations/

For the calendar year 2020 income (donations) increased by $225.99 over 2019 while expenses (server, fees) increased $1.62. The year and assets of $19,059.10 were an increase of $1,358.08 over the previous year.

The 2020 donations received through the AmazonSmile Foundation totaled $86.31.

IRS Form 990-N for 2020 has been E-filed and accepted.

We continue to carry a zero liabilities balance.

President McDaniel Hall deemed the Treasurer's report approved and accepted after no further comments or questions.

President McDaniel Hall asked for the new business item from Mark Christian.

The annual renewal fee for our server is due 03/25/2021. As of now the
renewal amount is $583.07. This is a very good rate but higher than
last year because sales tax is now charged on the transaction. In the
motion below I am asking for authorization of up to $600.00 as was done
last year, the extra amount for any unforeseen contingencies.

I move that $600.00 be authorized for a one year renewal of the the
InMotion Hosting account which hosts IAGenWeb.org.

President McDaniel Hall recognized the lack of discussion so proceeded to ask for a vote on the motion:

$600.00 be authorized for a one year renewal of the the InMotion Hosting account which hosts IAGenWeb.org..

With all votes having been cast, the server funding votes were unanimously in favor of the presented motion. The server funding for the next year is approved.

Floor was opened for a period of 24 hours for comments from members and visitors.

President McDaniel Hall stated that the 2021 Board of Directors meeting was now concluded. We will meet again in July 2021.
