1. Call to Order

members present within 48 hours.

3. Treasurer's Report

Treasurer Mark Christian reported:
Financial Reports as of June 30, 2021 can be found at:

Our asset balance (bank plus PayPal accounts) as of June 30, 2021 is
$19,161.28, an increase of $102.18 over the starting balance on January
1, 2021. Year-to date income (donations) increased $428.74 over the
corresponding period last year.  Year-to-date expenses increased $49.29
over the preceding period (mostly because tax must now be paid on server fees).
Our asset balance increased by $1,737.53 during the 12 months ending
June 30, 2021.

In the January 2021 meeting the directors authorized up to $600.00 for
the annual renewal of the InMotion server from March 25, 2021 to March 25, 2022. 
$583.07 was spent under this authorization on March 8, 2021.

4.  New Business

I have not been made aware of any old business so I will move on to our new
business.    Under new business, I would like to move on to the
confirmation of appointments.   The current appointments are as follows:

President Cindy Booth Maher (State Coordinator) 1 Year
Vice President Kris Meyer (Assistant State Coordinator) 1 Year
Secretary Karen De Groote (State Coordinator) reappointed for 1 Year Exp Jul 2022
Treasurer Mark Christian (State Coordinator) 3 Years Exp Jul 2022
Director-at-Large Alvin Poole (Harrison County Coordinator) new appointment for 1 Year
Website Coordinator Steve Williams reappointed for 1 Year
Welcome Committee Constance Diamond (Lead)
Mark Christian, Treasurer Standing

As appointments do not require a motion, I now ask the Board to confirm or
object to these appointments.    Forty-eight (48) hours are provided for responses.

President Maher noted, since no new business was brought up, I would like to open the floor for
closing comments.  Comments from the Board and guests are welcome at this time.

The time has come to adjourn the meeting.  I move that we adjourn.   Once we have a second
to the motion, twenty-four hours (24) will be provided for our Directors and Officers to vote on the motion.
