Minutes of the Friends of IAGenWeb Directors Meeting
July 20, 2011 – July 22, 2011

Call to Order

The Chair, Ralph Leonard, called the meeting to order on July 20, 2011 to be conducted on the IAGW-CM list.

The following directors were present: Ralph Leonard, Dave Dinham, Linda Ziemann, Karen DeGroote-Johnson, Richard Harrison, Rich Lowe, Gail Kilgore, Mark Christian, Steve Williams, Greta Thompson, Barbara Hug, Sharyl Ferrall, Constance Diamond, Don Kelly.

The following directors were absent: Loren Toomsen (excused absence).

Minutes of the Last Meeting

The Secretary, Mark Christian, presented the report:

The last meeting of the Board of Directors was held from March 21, 2011 to March 25, 2011.

Without objection the Chair announced the acceptance of the minutes as posted.

The Treasurer's Report

The Treasurer, Rich Lowe, presented the report:

During the month of July, their have been no expenses items to date.
Income during July has consisted of one new Friends membership and 3
renewals totaling $252, as well as a 6 cent dividend on our PayPal
account. AdSense income from June in the amount of $440.10 will be
electronically deposited July 31st.

Our liability account (Loren Toomsen underwriting) was paid off in
full on April 15th.

Without objection the Chair announced the acceptance of the Treasurers Report.

Announcements

• The Chair announced that Constance Diamond has agreed to continue on as Welcome Committee Lead for another year.

• The Chair announced that Rich Lowe has agreed to take over as Website Coordinator for this year.

• Without objection the Chair announced officer appointments of Mark Christian as Secretary, and David Dinham as Director-at-Large.
