The Acting Chair, Richard Harrison AKA Isaiah Harrison, called the meeting to order on February 8, 2008 to be conducted on the IAGEN-EXEC list.
The following directors were present: Richard Harrison AKA Isaiah Harrison, Greta Thompson, Rich Lowe, Gail Kilgore, Sharyl Ferrall, Don Kelly AKA Donal O'Kelly, Kelly Boldan, Mark Christian, and Barbara Hug.

As stated previously the first item will be a continuation of the discussion in regard to finance and repayment of Loren. I am particularly interested in response to Rich's suggestion of Google ads as a revenue source. At the same time we will deal with items 2 and 3. Item 2: Barbara Hug has resigned as Coordinator for the CafePress site. Do we have a volunteer who would be willing to assume this responsibility? Item 3: Barbara Hug has resigned as Coordinator for the Friends website. Do we have a volunteer who would be willing to assume this responsibility?
The Chair announced the Minutes of the last meeting found on line at:

Richard Harrison announced:
Barbara Hug has resigned as Coordinator for the CafePress site and as Coordinator for the Friends website.
There was no old business.
It has been moved by Mark and seconded by Greta that Friends of IAGenWeb fund the iagenweb.org PowerVPS server at $59.95 per month commencing with payments in February, 2008 through June, 2008.
The Chair requested consent, and upon no objection declared the motion carried.
There was much discussion about raising money via advertising such as Google Adsense, however no action was taken.
