Friends of IAGenWeb Board meeting was called to order by Sharyl Ferrall shortly after 3:00 pm. Central Time Saturday August 28, 2004

The purpose of the meeting was to review of the Friends of IAGenWeb By-Laws.

Present: Loren Toomsen, Rich Lowe, Mark Christian, Greta Thompson, Sharyl Ferrall, Richard Isaiah Harrison, Randy Dop.

The financials are now all up to date and posted on the web site.

After much discussion a draft of the bylaws were approved. Meeting adjourned at 6:12 p.m. Central Time.
