The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, August 17, 2002 by President Don Kelly
Minutes: Because this is our first Board of Directors meeting we have no prior minutes
Announcements: Exhibit 1
Loren Toomsen presented the 501c3 documents, narratives and financials to CPA Maureen Jacobson, Clear Lake, Iowa on Thursday morning August 15 at 8:30 a.m. Attorney Mark Schoeller, Clear Lake, will draw up Articles of Incorporation for IAGenWeb to be submitted with the 501c3 filing. Maureen Jacobson expects to file within the next two weeks. The I.R.S. is traditionally swift on following through and if approved the 501c3 tax exempt status could be awarded about mid-September.
