MATLOCK MATTERS:

The school directors of Grant township met last Saturday and hired the
following teachers for the winter term:
No. 1, J.E. Roleston;
No. 2, Ellen Griffin amd Nettie Carden;
No. 3, Florence O'Kane;
No. 4, Kit Ryan;
No. 5, Cora Varcoe;
No. 6, Clara Long;
No. 7, George Brewster;
No. 8, Mary Donaldson.
School to commence the 27th of this month.
