Travel northwest to Maysville. Turn right (north) on to 93rd Avenue. Go one block and the road curves to the left onto 237th Street. Many burials here are reported to have been moved here after death. This cemetery contains 88 graves of individuals who could not otherwise afford to be buried. Maysville cemetery got its name in August of 1932. The trustees at that time were Frank Meyer, Albert and Otto Roehlk, Raymond Golinghorst, Waldo Friederichs, Earl and Lucia Friederichs, Earl and Scott Meyer, Earl Friedericks and William Suhr. They were all involved in layout of the cemetery.Lots were initially sold at really low cost, and widely advertised. Plot owners paid a small fee for perpetual care. The association had card parties to pay for the upkeep.
