EUREKA SCHOOL No. 3
Liberty Township
Mount Ayr Record-News Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa Thursday, July 26, 1916
LIBERTY: Some time ago we mentioned that there were three young men keeping a bachelor's hall in the Eurkea school district. Since then two of these bachelors have seen the error of their ways and have taken school marms to stir up their cakes for them and we would suppose this would naturally make the other one feel more lonely. However, the school board has taken the matter in hand and ordered that there be no school taught in the Eureka school district for the term of one year or until there are enough in the district to maintain a school, as at present they are minus a school.
