Wursters Observed 60th Anniversary
Howard and Dorothy WURSTER were united in marriage June 2, 1950, at the First Christian Church in Oskaloosa. M. Dwight
WALKER performed the ceremony. The date was the 25th anniversary of the bride's parents who were married in the same
church. Approximately 180 guests came through the receiving line to attend a reception in the dining hall. Howard and
Dorothy's children are Katheryn RUSSI, Rose and Mike SCHUTTE and their children, Leisl and Gregory, and
Gary and Robin WURSTER and their children Holly and Scott Mendralla and Stefan. Howard and Dorothy moved to
farm near Tingley in 1954. After retirement they moved to northwest Iowa and reside in Elgin, Iowa.
