Dolecheck is appointed budget chair for House
House Speaker Kraig paulsen (R-Hiawatha0 recently announced that Rep. Cecil Dolecheck (R-Mount Ayr) will serve
as the chairman of the House Education budget committee. "Rep. Dolecheck is an experienced leader who understands
the challenges facing Iowa families. He will work to control government spending while also funding Iowans'
education priorities," said Speaker Paulsen. Dolecheck was also appointed to the following committees:
Appropriations, Agriculture and Education. The legislative session begins January 12, 2015.
