Mount Ayr Rexalll Store to H. L. COOK, of Manson, possession being given Monday evening of this week.
Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Burl DICKERSON, Tuesday, May 28, a daughter, Barbara Joan. Weight, eight pounds.
Dr. B. W. KNIGHT has begun the practice of dentistry in the office rooms located the first door west of Dr. F. C.
SMITH'S office. he has been located at Marshalltown and at Diagonal for three years and a half.
Loren LAUGHLIN, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. LAUGHLIN, of this city, was recently appointed city attorney of Lincoln, Neb.,
by Mayor BRYAN. Mr. LAUGHLIN'S
secretary, Harold B. PORTERFIELD, was appointed assistant city attorney.
