Mount Ayr Rexalll Store to H. L. COOK, of Manson, possession being given Monday evening of this week.

Dr. B. W. KNIGHT has begun the practice of dentistry in the office rooms located the first door west of Dr. F. C.
SMITH'S office. he has been located at Marshalltown and at Diagonal for three years and a half.
Loren LAUGHLIN, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. LAUGHLIN, of this city, was recently appointed city attorney of Lincoln, Neb.,

secretary, Harold B. PORTERFIELD, was appointed assistant city attorney.
