BEACONSFIELD -- Zenis REASONER came last week with his family and household goods from Crete,NE, and has
purchased two lots of the M.E. Church trustees, where the old church stood and a new building and when completed
will install a moving picture plant.
Rev J.C. WHITE, who has been the resident priest at Maloy for about ten years and who has served the parishes of
Maloy, Kellerton, Grand River, Shannon City, Diagonal and Mount Ayr, is being transferred to Winterset. Father
Charles WALDRON will serve the churches at Maloy and Father BURKHEISER, of Des Moines, will serve the parishes
at Mount Ayr, Kellerton, Grand River and Leon.
The new Christian Church at Benton will be dedicated October 4, with Alfred M. HAGGARD, of Des Moines, in charge
of all the services.
