History was made in Ringgold county Thursday when the price of gasoline went above $2 a gallon for the first time. While Lynn RINEHART hiked the price to the level for premium for a time late last week, he tried to take a little of the sting out of the price. He offered a complimentary cap and soft drink to anyone purchasing at least one gallon at the record high price.
