Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa

Ben Hill, of Maloy, driver of a Mount Ayr Community Schools bus, and two six-year-old passengers, Renee George and Kristy Akers, escaped injury Tuedsday about 12:10 p.m., when the bus slid off a mud road and upset in a ditch.

Mr. and Mrs. Guy Dillenburg, of Benton, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on January 23.

Michael Warin, of Maloy, is one of ten Iowa sheep producers selected to receive awards as Iowa Master Lamb Producers for 1965 by the Iowa State University Extension Service.

Born, a son to Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Thomas.
