Two employees of the Anthony company were honored last week for their length of service with that firm. Receiving 10-year service pins from Mount Ayr store manager Jim Olsen are Mrs. Cecil Saville, and Mrs. Arnold Combs.

Mrs. Charles W. Lawhead, distinguished as the second member of Mount Ayr Chapter No. 356, Order of the Eastern Star to be selected as an officer of the Grand Chapter of the Eastern Star of Iowa in a comparable number of years, will be honored at a reception on December 18.

Marilyn Davis and Collus Lawhead appeared with the 200 voice oratorio chorus of the University of Iowa in the annual Christmas concert presented Tuesday and Wednesday in Iowa Memorial Union in Iowa City.
